Love...

This is the love of my life.

The Boy.

Captured for posterity, at some dingy club or another, in the arms of way gorgeous girls.

Neither of whom happens to be his amour du jour...

His girlfriend, that is... Bless her little cotton socks, she's a sweetie.

He looks happy and glad to be alive.

Long may he reign...

His grandad would be very proud.

I know I am. Whatever comes. Whatever the future brings...

He drives me mad(-der).

He makes me laugh.

He has his mother's teeth...

What a beautiful boy you have! I know you are proud, and should be, for having raised such a fine, handsome young man. Too bad they get so big, so quick....

I hope his girlfriend doesn't see your post, or she won't be his girlfriend much longer!

Lovely photo....such happiness in the smile. Having a son enables us to really know a man inside out I often think...however much we love our husband/partner, our 'boy' is usually our heart walking about in the world.

Don't we Mums just adore our boys - that brought a lump to my throat as my boy (28) was supposed to be coming home this weekend (he lives in London, we in Northumberland) but he had double booked us with a great friend of his to play golf and we were the losers on this occasion. I feel gutted but he would never know as I want him to be happy and not feel guilty.Love hurts though.

Lovely photo of your boy - hope his girlfriend doesn't see it!!

I am madly in love with my boy too! He is 42 this year and has five kids of his own (one boy)! And I treasure what time we do get to see each other nowadays.
Enjoy and great photo!!

Methinks he shares more facial features with his mama than just teeth, Fhina! Mums and sons just go together, don't they, like Dads and daughters? Long may his and your happiness continue.
