Definitely home-made French, a recipe that I picked up while working as an au-pair in an aristo French family in the mid eighties, while I was studying French at Uni...
What is your favourite sit-down restaurant?
I do love Italian food... And I've just had an Indian Takeaway from Safran, the newly opened (recently flooded) resto in Morpeth... I like La Vina, a Spanish restaurant in Newcastle, too...
I'll eat practically anything, so long as it's vegetarian, my dahlink!
What food could you eat for 2 weeks straight and not get sick of it ? Saz's answer? "Typically fantastial for a woman of a certain age, a bit of variety please, Hugh Jackman with side portion of Gerard Butler..."
For me, the avid foodie, probably a home-made comfort food, Fried Egg Sandwich!

How many televisions are in your house?
Three... and two that I'm about to give away, as we replaced them, but I just can't get around to advertising them on Freecycle, or something similar... Lazy hag, that I am!

I got stopped because one of my tail lights was out... Five years ago - I was really fretting, and terrified... I have enormous respect for the Coppers!
