How awful that I almost didn't comment!! - I dont know about anyone else (although suffering an almost deafening silence over here too) but I seem to have been struck down by lethergy - can't write much - dont read much and comment even less. Maybe for me it's partly due to the demise of some favorite linkys - I miss the little communities they create.
We've all switched to Facebook! And seeing that you are connected, I will jump in on that wagon. I network my blog through Facebook, and read others' that way too. Easy and quick, and one shopping stop does it all. Let's hope you are doing well and looking forward to summer vacation soon.
My thoughts exactly, and I suspect that most people are tweeting and facebooking instead of blogging now.....shame, as I don't do either and love to read blogs....but am guilty of not posting for quite a while now!
I've noticed it. Some of my faves are blogging a bit less, some hardly at all. We all only have so much to say, I suppose (although that's never stopped me from opening my yap and letting loose with whatever nonsense I feel like spouting.)
It does seem to be cyclic, doesn't it. Or at least the amount of activity is consistent between people. I wonder if it is connected: One person feels a bit uninspired and so doesnt post. Then the people who normally read their posts don't have sparks of ideas generated because of the dearth of stimulus. It's either that or the Earth periodically passes through a cloud of inspiration particles in its journey round the Milky way and at the moment, it has passed out of it into a void of boring space where there. With the lack of particles to interact with our neurons and start them firing, we all just switch on the telly and eat ice cream instead. Perhaps I will try to write something and see what happens.

Is very, very quiet out there. I'm beginning to feel a little lonely. :P
A bit. My stats are the same re visitors, but no one's saying much. Perhaps because I leave little room for debate! ;-)

I just said the same thing on my blog this morning. It is very quiet out there at the moment. So I just keep posting and hope people come back.

I'm sad that so many people I've followed no longer blog. It is kind of in my blood apparently. I can't seem to stop.

In contrast to others, Bear finds his blog-life is busy. Writing something at least one a week, reading other peoples' writing.
If that is quiet, I'd hate to see busy.
it always goes quite in june-september, don;t you think..or has everyone else got a ton of shit to deal with too!?
