By The Light of the Silver-y Moon-Day...Monday...
Silver
Slowly, silently, now the moon
Walks the night in her silver shoon;
This way, and that, she peers, and sees
Silver fruit upon silver trees;
One by one the casements catch
Her beams beneath the silvery thatch;
Couched in his kennel, like a log,
With paws of silver sleeps the dog;
From their shadowy cote the white breasts peep
Of doves in silver feathered sleep
A harvest mouse goes scampering by,
With silver claws, and silver eye;
And moveless fish in the water gleam,
By silver reeds in a silver stream.

beautiful......thank you xx
One of my favourites here - such a vivid picture of a moonlit night...Good to have it pop up in front of my eyes again.
Wow awesome Fhina!!! I love the moon. So mysterious!
The second photo takes my breath away!!!!
Have a sensational day!
You have quite a way of making the ordinary, extraordinary!
Now you've got that "by the light of the silvery moon- not the sun, but the moon...." song going through my head. I remember it from my childhood :-)
