Love In Black and White - Troisieme Partie...
Wait a minute baby...
Stay with me a while.
...Said you'd give me light,
But you never told me about the fire...
A toute a l'heure mes bloggy crispy chickens, Fhina is sending you love and light through black and white, and lots of love for the weekend ahead...
If I don't see you through the week, I'll see you through the window... Watch out!
If you have any time to spare this weekend, I dare you not to be touched by the goddess that is la Stevie, singing about Sara, who has inspired my 3 Black and White posts here recently...
...If, in the bitter-sweet life that was given to me, I had in turn given life to a little baby girl instead of my little boy, Grizz, ma toute petite fille would have been christened Sara Rose. This is for her...although she never was to be... "There's a heartbeat and it never really dies..." 'All I ever wanted, was to know that you were dreaming', mes bloggy chums...

Groovy beat, Fhina! But I'm glad you wrote some of the lyrics, cos I don't find Ms Nicks' diction too clear! Must be my hearing aid playing up!
That first picture could be the impeuous for 1000 Nabokov & James Joyce-like stories. I stared at it way too long.
The bitter parts of life have made me enjoy the sweet oh so much more. ~Mary
I love coming over to you place to listen to records! I feel like a '70's child again!
You are an artist and a muse, creating, illuminating and inspiring.
That clip is one of my Favourites on Youtube - that at also Rhianna. It's superb and she is so lovely to look at. I wish she and Lindsey had stayed together, they made such a beautiful couple.
I love that dog photo.

Lovely pictures and sound dearest Fhina. Do relax this weekend there's a good lass! xxx
Hi Fhina, excellent post. Stevie Nicks is alive art expressing. Her music combined with a rich emotive presence is magic. Come over to OWL blog and collect your award! Thanks so much for your concern about my health. I love the new look here at your blog.
Great background. <3

Michelle la Belle: Bless you, treasure, hope you are safely back from that 7 mile run and that it was awesome too!! xo
blognut the beautiful: You are very kind, and very full of all things magical, Bloggus, bless you - Have a wonderful weekend too! Love you like a loon! xxx
Derrick: No probs, Derrick, I know the Rock Goddess is not to everyone's taste... Hope you didn't mind me sharing the clip 'though... And as for the hearing aid - I don't believe you! ;)
FrankandMary: Hellooooo, welcome in to the madhouse, Mary! Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to leave such an intriguing and literary comment here to brighten my world!
Comedy Goddess: I know, thank you CG, I feel I am reliving my youth here, and am only pleased that there are others who share some of my mad, eclectic taste! 70's children are so cool, non?! x
lakeviewer: And you are an inspiration to us all, Rosaria, thank you, grazie, for what you do every day!
French Fancy: Those two are my favourite songs, and clips, as you say, FF, thankyou for sharing my love for Stevie! The dog is wild, and so funny, isn't he - I think that too looks as if it were taken in our beloved France, non? As for Stevie with Lindsey - Soulmates, definitely, but I think living with his ego would be difficult for anyone... ;) x
Reasons: Thank you, you too, precious Reasons! xx
Cynthia: Merci, grazie, gracias, I shall treasure that acorn award, it is inspirational in itself, as are you lovely Cynthia... Bless you too - Hope you feel fabulous very soon! xx
I'm liking these B+W views on life. But. alas, most of life is lived through a grey shade. TFx
THAT DOGGIE SHOT!!! love it! great pics all around. :)

Wishing you a wonderful weekend.

I haven't forgotten you! Love the post and the pictures. I'm amazed by your blogroll...and saw your comment on FF about the lost book in Boots. You make me smile. Hx.
Beautiful shots.
lovely!
C'est très belle! Je pense que votre blog est fantastique! It's nice to know that everything doesn't go exactly to plan all the time. it leaves room for creativity and heroism.
Beautiful photos, especially the black and white hands together. Just finished watching The Visitor, a movie about immigration and freedom (or lack of it) and that one zings home.
Thank you ever so much for the little trip back to my youth...you're a poem in my heart...I had actually forgotten that line. Beautiful. I, too, lost a son and daughter before they were born, my first and my fourth. The family will alway be incomplete here on earth. Ah, but the living cling to life... **blows kisses** Deborah
Well i did something to my post, but have no idea what. I Love black and white photography, it does a lot for me. Great pictures, thanks for sharing
Absolutely amazing photos!!! Bravo!!! You are phenomenal! Congrats on your POTD!
Fhina, you're brilliant! You really are. And not just in the shiny, sparkely sense, but in the smarty-pants sense as well. You inspire me.
You are a bright star among blogs and I see David has noticed with a potd mention :)!
TOM FOOLERY: Civil Servants, TF, are definitely shades of grey - Not least in the suitage that we wear! x
drolly: Indeed, a very endearing poochlette!
Protege: Z, I try not to be too obsessive, but I do gush about Stevie, and have done since I was a 'tweenie! Thank you for liking my post - It is a little sad to think about what you never had, but have never really lost... xxx
Hadriana's Treasures: Hello darling, I hope your business is going swimmingly, with all those tourists flooding in to Britain, and the Brits all staying at home! Hope you have a wonderful summer! I am glad I make you smile with my madness! x
david mcmahon: Bless you always, David!
The Things We Carried: Merci, Meredith! :) x
Yet: Salut, dahling Yet - Welcome along! I don't think we can ever plan for everything in life - Nor should we. I've written elsewhere about serendipity, one of my most favourite words and experiences - Trop de planning does not make for serendipitousness, and that makes the world a sadder place, non?! x
Woman in a Window: I shall now look out for that film - Thank you so much! x
Deborah: You are welcome to my portal, sweet Deborah! I am sad for your losses in life, darling... Thank you for your lovely air-blown kisses, and I feel the breeze carrying them back over to you, accompanied by some hugs... x
Whitemist: Hello, new treasure, Blogger is a beast for eating comments, non?! I think Black and White photography is becoming a monthly or so theme of mine - It goes down a treat, does it not!
Sniffles and Smiles: Welcome sweet sniffles and smiles are always more than welcome here! Bless you for nominating the beautiful Meredith, and merci, grazie, gracias x
Jewels: You too are there in David's POTD, jewels - Such a blessing, you are to say I inspire you - I am very much honoured! Well done, dahlink on your POTD mention! x
The Things We Carried: Bless you always for your kind tranquility, Meredith... I am honoured here in Blogland by your friendship... You write like a star, I am just one of those cubic zirconia faux-stars in your reflection! Love to you, M. x
