A meerkat is the collaborator, win/win - An ideal mediator... The dog is friendly, accommodates others, and rolls over and surrenders to the opposer, lose-win...

Probably the range of hats would help - then you can don the one most appropriate to deal with any situation- tough, soft, persuasive etc!

You should of course be yourself but with a side order of meerkat (especially like the one in the ad) so that you can experience the wonder of a corporate win/win situation! Of course, should both sides really misbehave, threatening to bang their heads together might work.
