... And, sometimes I do feel like that...

...I can identify with Jean-Paul Sartre's words...

I visited his grave one day, where he lies side-by-side with his great love, the philosophe, writer and feminist, Simone de Beauvoir, in the crowded cemetary of relics, art and architecture that is the Cimetière de Montparnasse in Paris...

Although gregarious in life, sometimes I like my own company...

Sometimes I just vant to be alone...

How's about you, mes bloggy buds?!

I am not known for my shyness, but years ago at work, we had to do the Myers Briggs personality test and I came out as an introvert. Everyone thought it was absolutely bloody hilarious except me - I quite like being on my own. That's probably because I hardly ever get the chance!

I do like a fair amount of peace and quiet, spent alone, at the end of the day. I get a bit cranky without it, if you can believe a blognut can ever be cranky. :)

Hell is other people - but only IF you let them be that! It's our choice..

I do like being alone now and then - but with two small kids, it's a rare gift around here!

The question to ask is whether you obtain your energy from other people, or from yourself.

I spend most of my time alone these days, but my mind is exceedingly gregarious, I find :) xxx

I think people are hell in loafers. I think more and more people are disconnecting from other humans. It's no wonder. Although I claim I like to 'feel' connected and that's why I blog. The truth is probably more like: I like feeling connected without having to deal with humans.

Late again (just call me the White Rabbit). This one varies for me: sometimes hell is other people and sometimes it's me all alone in my head but most of the time, surrounded by friends and family or alone with myself, love both.

Me too! Sometimes I find two many days of social interaction positively draining...
