I think they do keep on changing it, to try to keep it fresh - The points system still stands, FF. I just hate it, I'll be totally honest and it was a spur of the mo' thing when I was going for coffee with a friend and she said she'd meet me after WW - I suddenly said, 'Right, I'm coming too!"
I know I need to go and have to lose weight, but it's hard to change those bad habits, non?! Bonne chance to you, FF! x
Just swung over from Casa Hice to read your Six Word Saturday.
Yesterday was my one year anniversary with Weight Watchers. I lost 70 pounds in six months and have been on maintenance the last six months. So we are kindred spirits for sure!
Hang in there, and repeat my mantra: Weight Watchers is my friend... Weight Watchers is my friend... Weight Watchers is my friend...
You know I love me some WW! You asked me about the goals I've been setting/reaching. WW has had a lot to do with it. I hit rock bottom as far as how I felt about myself and feeling that I just had no control. WW gave me the control back. I didn't read anything about goals... I just knew I had to set them in order to know what I was working toward. The breast cancer walk was a good start, as it gave me something to work toward in several ways -- the fund-raising, the training, the actual walk. I'm really looking forward to starting my 45/45 Challenge now, but I can tell you I NEVER would have done it at all without both WW and the BC walk! Good luck to you, Fhi! If you're in the right mindset, it's a great place to be... and it's a great place to help get you INTO the right mindset if you're not there yet :) XO
I hate that the TV and all the magazines like to remind us just how long we have until swimsuit season, it's like gee thanks, like I didn't put enough pressure on myself!
I am attending a wedding reception next saturday, so the following thursday l'm off to SW...to try and lose the two stones l have put on i the last two years....good luck to us both..

I was wondering whether to join a French group about 45mins drive away. I know there is an online version but I won't stick to that so readily.
I wonder if they've changed it since I last did it - I know how to lose weight though - stick to their daily 22 points - if only I could!
Good luck

Hi Fhina,
Would you be sneaky and pass the recipes to me? I need it but .....
Good luck with your resolve...it is a hard road, but Weight Watchers CAN help.
Your post made me laugh. Best of luck to you though, I'm fighting that same battle.
Thanks for playing 6WS!

Yes. I know the feeling. I must get along to the local pool and do something about my fitness as well. Good luck! Hx
Listen to Diane, Fhi! She is a wise woman!
WW does work. For me, the key is to keep lots of healthy snacks around Blognut Manor, because I tend to graze a bit!
Love to you, Lady Fhina!
